Health Guarantee

The puppies have a 1 year health guarantee that covers any congenital illness that results in the death of the puppy. The congenital illness must be diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian and by veterinarian autopsy. The veterinarian must show proof of death with a picture along with providing the veterinarian’s contact information/clinic name and license number. If the dog has a congenital illness that results in death that is confirmed by a veterinarian and veterinarian autopsy, Total Impact Bulldogs, LLC will refund the purchase price of the puppy. Total Impact Bulldogs, LLC is not responsible for any veterinarian charges, even if it is regarding the congenital life condition that results in death, for the care of the puppy while in the buyers’ possession.

The one year health guarantee does not cover non-life threatening congenital conditions that are common to the English Bulldog Breed such as hip dysplasia or any other orthopedic conditions, cherry eye or entropion or other ophthalmic conditions, pulmonary disease, allergies, stenotic nares or other airway abnormalities, cardiovascular disease, hernias, gastroenterology disease, hematologic disease, rheumatologist disease, endocrine disease, malignancy, neurologic disease or infectious disease, i.e. parasitic infection. Again, the only coverage is for a congenital abnormality that results in the death of the dog confirmed by licensed veterinarian examination and autopsy.

The one year health guarantee is only for the buyer and it is not transferable to another owner.

The health guarantee is nullified if the puppy is euthanized without the seller’s consent.
